1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using panamafounders.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Panama Founders reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Services Provided
Panama Founders provides consulting services for company formation, visa processing, banking introductions, tax advisory, and office solutions in Panama through the IFZA Panama Free Zone. We act as an intermediary consulting service and are not a law firm, immigration agency, or financial institution.
3. Fees and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are final, all-inclusive prices in US Dollars. Payment is required upon engagement. Government fees, notarization costs, and apostille fees are included in our packages unless explicitly stated otherwise. Recurring fees (annual renewals, office rentals) are billed separately.
4. Refund Policy
A full refund is provided if your company registration is rejected by the IFZA authority. Once government filing processes have been initiated, fees committed to third parties (government agencies, notaries, IFZA) cannot be refunded. Consulting fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Panama Founders provides consulting and facilitation services. We do not guarantee the approval of visa applications, bank account openings, or government registrations, as these decisions are made by independent authorities. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal and corporate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client documents are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorized third parties. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on panamafounders.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Panama Founders and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
